Hi, I’m Siôn Lewis.
I’m a Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Consultant with over 25 years of experience delivering technology solutions across the public and private sectors in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of roles, including developer, team leader, consultant, technical lead, and solution architect. Those roles may have changed over the years, but one thing has remained constant: I enjoy using technology to solve problems and help people work more effectively.

I’ve been fortunate to work on a wide range of projects, from enterprise Microsoft 365 transformation programmes and large-scale SharePoint migrations to Power Platform solutions that have been adopted across multiple organisations. What I’ve always enjoyed most is finding practical solutions that deliver real value to the people who use them every day.
Why This Website Exists
I’ve always enjoyed sharing knowledge.
Over the years, I’ve learned a tremendous amount from colleagues, clients, mentors, community blogs, conferences, user groups, and the wider Microsoft community. This website is my opportunity to give something back.
Most of what I write is based on real-world experience. Sometimes it’s a solution I’ve implemented, sometimes it’s a lesson I’ve learned the hard way, and sometimes it’s simply something interesting I’ve discovered that I think others might find useful.
My goal isn’t to present myself as having all the answers, technology changes far too quickly for that. Instead, I hope the articles I share can help others solve problems, learn something new, and get more value from the Microsoft technologies they’re already using.
Beyond Technology
One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been helping others develop their skills and confidence.
Whether it’s mentoring developers, supporting colleagues, helping end users embrace new ways of working, or simply sharing knowledge through a blog post, I genuinely enjoy seeing people grow and succeed.
I believe that technology alone doesn’t transform organisations, people do. Great solutions come from understanding both the technology and the people who use it. That’s why I’ve always enjoyed working closely with users, stakeholders, and delivery teams to understand their challenges and help them achieve their goals.
Even after more than 25 years in the industry, I’m still learning. In fact, that’s one of the things I enjoy most about working in technology: there’s always something new to discover.
