Hereford Sixth Form College developed Flag It!, a staff safeguarding reporting solution built on Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. By combining Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Entra ID, the college created a simple, secure and auditable process for raising safeguarding concerns. The solution enables staff to report issues quickly, automatically notifies designated responders, and provides a complete audit trail to support safeguarding governance and oversight.
